I am a neighbor of one of their properties which was recently purchased and put under the management of JB Properties. This multifamily had had marginal maintenance for many years, decades. I am very impressed with the investment in many aspects of its condition that has been made from siding to electrical to general clean-up. It will take a long time for this to pay for itself.
