Johnny De Vitto
Owner/Operations
With over a decade of experience as a real estate investor, Johnny DeVitto brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. His impressive portfolio includes ownership and management of over 115 units, a testament to his dedication and proficiency in the field. Johnny’s expertise extends beyond management; he has successfully flipped over 15 properties and is currently spearheading the development of a 15-unit building in Boscawen, NH.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Johnny is also a licensed real estate agent, leveraging his industry insights to provide comprehensive services to our clients. With a knack for remodeling, Johnny has transformed approximately 80 units, showcasing his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Johnny is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife Brittany DeVitto, their three-year-old son, and one-year-old twin daughters, along with their beloved black lab. Together, they embrace Brittany’s construction background, which enriches their family dynamic.
Outside of work and family, Johnny is an avid sports enthusiast, cheering on the Patriots and Bruins with fervor. He finds joy in outdoor activities such as hockey and golf, and relishes in the tranquility of his lakeside home, indulging in activities like ice fishing and pond hockey. He also enjoys skiing and snowmobiling in the scenic landscapes of New Hampshire. For Johnny, real estate isn’t just a profession—it’s a passion that permeates every aspect of his life. His unwavering dedication, coupled with his genuine enthusiasm for the industry, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
John Bourque
Owner / Tenant Relations
A seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Holding both real estate agent and broker licenses, John brings a wealth of expertise in real estate transactions, rentals, and negotiation to the table. With ownership of over 50 units across New Hampshire and Massachusetts, John possesses firsthand knowledge of property ownership and management.
Beyond his extensive experience, John embodies the qualities of an exceptional property manager. Known for his proactive approach and attention to detail, John excels in problem-solving and ensuring the smooth operation of his clients’ properties. His strong communication skills foster positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating effective resolution of any issues that may arise.

Jenny DeLara
Property Administrator
A Property Administrator with a passion for excellence and a dedication growth. Graduating with Honors from secondary education, Jenny embarked on her journey of personal and professional development. With a solid foundation in customer service, Jenny transitioned into the role of a Property Administrator . Prior to this, she gained invaluable experience as a Customer Service Representative for both a Flower Company and an American Multinational Telecommunications firm. In these roles, Jenny honed her communication and problem-solving skills, effectively addressing the needs of clients and customers.
Continuing her educational journey, Jenny pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance Management, graduating in 2023.
Throughout her studies, she demonstrated exceptional dedication and time management, successfully balancing her academic pursuits with her role as a Property Administrator at JB Properties. With her diverse skill set, including expertise in customer service, administration, and finance management, Jenny is well-equipped to excel in her role as a Property Administrator.
