Q:  Will you be listing my property on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We do not list your property on MLS. We purchase it from you directly. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses New Hampshire that meet our purchasing criteria. If you sell to us, there will be no showings and no inspections.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Eagle Creek Properties will not be able to offer you full retail value for your property if you were to list it on MLS. BUT it will be a FAIR, CASH offer and we save you money in other areas. Unlike listing on the MLS, WE cover the cost of the repairs, the cost of closing and leave the cleaning out to us! We will come and view your property once and spend the time with you to make selling your property a success.
